April 28, 2006: West Hollywood: EXCLUSIVE: Lionel Richie and new girlfriend have lunch and shop at Fred Segal in West Hollywood, CA. Lionel was very happy to be seen with his new woman, while she was initially a little camera shy, until Lionel told her to simply smile. She then became more relaxed and liked the attention.
