MIAMI-JULY 19; A bikini clad Whitney Port plays in the surf and on the sand with friend Roxy Olin on Miami’s South Beach on July 19, 2009. After a hectic few days attending Miami Swim fashion shows, Whitney was seen hitting the beach looking totally HOT in a skimpy polka dot bikini that nearly slipped off while playing in the waves! The pair filmed a few scenes for their hit show “the city” and once the director yelled “cut” the giggling pair dashed to the water to cool off. Turning heads on the beach they splashed about and appeared to be having a great time together.
